PT Nurse (51719)

Provide primary nursing and counseling support in an intensive outpatient/substance-use treatment setting for women, supervising medication administration and client medical histories, assisting contracted physicians with examinations and prescribed treatments, maintaining and updating medical records, conducting routine checks (vital signs, BP, temp, glucose), and documenting progress notes and treatment plans. Must maintain compassion and positive energy while ensuring clients receive appropriate services and care, including coordination of care, documentation, and adherence to policies. Requires active RN license in Puerto Rico and a Bachelor’s in Nursing; substance abuse experience preferred. Work primarily in an office or residential treatment setting with possible outdoor activities and the ability to operate a vehicle; physical and mental demands include data analysis, de-escalation, and working under stress.
