Job Summary
Deliver high-quality personal training sessions, including programming plans and gym guidance to support member goal achievement. Complete a 3-day PT induction and pursue development through CDP courses and sports massage qualifications. Operate with flexible working hours, selecting availability for 121 training sessions with a minimum of 25 hours weekly. Earn 50% net revenue plus an additional £5 per session after the 16th weekly session, with a minimum rate of £16.00 per session. Maintain Level 3 CIMSPA certification and demonstrate strong communication skills to inspire members within David Lloyd Leisure's premium health and wellness environment.
