Job Summary
The Long Term Care LPN provides professional nursing care for residents in a not-for-profit senior care setting under supervision, including administering medications and treatments, performing nursing assessments, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, and supporting an interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities emphasize resident health, comfort, safety, and education, with shift coverage from 6pm–6:30am, rotating weekends/holidays, night-shift differentials, and a 12-hour night schedule. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; 400 hours of prior LPN experience is noted, with associate degree in practical nursing preferred. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
