Job Summary
Audit guest accounts, process night audit reports, and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy during overnight hours. Assist with late check-ins and checkouts while maintaining accurate records for management review. Report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller. Eligible to work in the United States with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Availability required for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience
- Previous experience in a similar or related position
- A combination of education and experience
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
