PT NAS 410 Technician (RT/MT NAS 410 a plus)

Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment, then conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities using NDT methods of inspection. Establish examination techniques for objects under inspection while adhering to safety regulations, and apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards. Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube or digital readouts, conductivity meters, and visual indicators to evaluate results, then organize and report test findings. Perform specialized inspections and may instruct or supervise others. This full-time, 40-hour weekly role in a lab setting requires a Certified Level II PT NAS 410 a must (RT/MT NAS 410 a plus) and technical background in NDT methods.
