Job Summary
Travel to temporary Lovesac events in third-party stores to represent the brand, increase awareness, and build customer loyalty through interactive product demonstrations. Engage shoppers by promoting limited-time offers, managing quotes, closing sales, and ensuring post-purchase satisfaction while adhering to visual merchandising and safety standards. Oversee event operations, assist with display setup and teardown, and gather customer feedback to drive future engagement. Meet or exceed sales goals and demand plans while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record free of major violations
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
- Must have current vehicle insurance
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must reside within 30 miles from the location
- Must reside within the same state that is listed on the job posting
- Minimum of 1 year of high-paced experience in a retail or customer service role
- Must be able to travel daily and as required by the Company in its sole discretion
- Must be able to move objects (including regularly lifting medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds)
- Must be able to assemble furniture and displays
