PT Morning/Opener Customer Service Representative

Part-time Customer Service Representative at National Fitness Partners (Planet Fitness franchise) in Ocean City, MD. Responsibilities include providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests; answering phones using information script; greeting members, signing up and touring new members, and logging amenities; responding to questions and concerns promptly; processing beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS; promoting fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members; and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. Requirements include customer service experience, high school diploma/GED equivalent preferred, must be 18 or older, basic computer proficiency, and the physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
