Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, adhering to customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, receiving and stocking merchandise, supporting merchandising standards, participating in store recovery, and contributing to store safety and loss-prevention efforts. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, multi-task across store areas as needed, and communicate effectively with team members. Retail customer experience preferred. The role may involve cross-training to support various store functions and collaborating to meet store goals.
