Job Summary
Conduct member-facing financial transactions, including cash handling, card creation, wire transfers, and deposit processing. Provide general service information, resolve concerns on first contact, and cross-sell products to support member financial wellness. Maintain strict adherence to service standards, confidentiality, and branch performance goals while managing branch supply and cash ordering. Work rotating Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday shifts or Monday through Friday 11am to 3pm. Requires high school diploma, one year of customer service experience, and proficiency in math and office technology. Must be eligible for membership at ICCU.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service or relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Proficient math skills and ability to process account transactions accurately
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, such as processing paperwork, typing, filing, and handling cash
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20–40 pounds
- Ability to reach and operate keyboards and other standard office equipment
- Ability to operate basic office machines and technology, including computers, calculators, telephones, and multifunction printers
- Must be eligible for membership at ICCU to obtain employment
