Job Summary
As a Part-Time Member Service Specialist at ICCU, you will be the first face members see at a branch, handling member transactions, providing information about credit union services, and referring products to help members achieve financial success. You will learn multiple channels and systems to resolve member concerns on the first contact, maintain confidentiality of records, and demonstrate core values in everyday interactions. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting 20-40 pounds of office supplies, and eligibility for ICCU membership. The schedule includes Monday through Friday daytime shifts with additional Saturday coverage. A high school diploma or GED, strong communication/interpersonal skills, cash handling accuracy, and familiarity with financial services are essential.

- Ability to use a calculator and handle cash efficiently and accurately
- Ability to learn a variety of channels and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union records
- Knowledge of the Financial Industry
- Prior Experience in a Customer Service role
