PT Meat Production Clerk

PT Meat Production Clerk responsible for setting up and operating packaging line equipment in the Meat Production Facility, cas e-pack sealing of meat trays, recording production and QA data (lot numbers, production totals, downtime), and assisting with meat processing and packing tasks while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment, good organization and communication, and willingness to train on packaging equipment; shifts are flexible. Located in Hamilton, Ontario; unionized environment with background-check requirement.
