Cut meat at the market counter, process orders, and maintain inventory standards for fresh and frozen products. Assist customers with product selection and answer questions regarding sourcing and preparation. Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures while managing daily stock levels. This role supports the Local program by highlighting sustainably harvested seafood and local farmers.
