PT Maintenance Technician - Housing

Receive resident work orders, evaluate needs, and complete assigned tasks within required time frames using the PMWORX program. Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine repair necessity, then diagnose mechanical problems by checking manuals or contacting vendors. Install, assemble, repair, and maintain electrical, gas, plumbing, and mechanical systems while performing routine preventive maintenance. Provide grounds keeping services including landscaping and snow removal, estimate repair costs, and move heavy supplies following safety procedures. Communicate with outside vendors for proposals and maintain paperwork, while reporting project status and outstanding issues to the administrator. Ensure Housing Quality Standards are followed across all units and property areas. Emergency on-call rotation is required.
