PT Maintenance - PLC of Klamath Falls

Part-time Maintenance role in Klamath Falls responsible for overseeing the preventive maintenance program, repairing and maintaining fixtures, community and equipment, keeping records, conducting meetings, instructing staff on safety, reading equipment/test procedures, and coordinating fire drills and safety deficiencies. Must communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and management; serve on the community care team; maintain building and equipment condition; and ensure safety through daily task prioritization. Requires a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Vision requirements include 20/20, ability to work on ladders, and capacity to lift and move residents with assistance. Experience in maintenance or construction is preferred.
