PT Maintenance assistant

Conduct daily rounds through the center to establish work priorities and pick up work order requests tracked electronically. Perform weekly walk-through inspections of high-risk areas and execute prescribed Life Safety and Preventative Maintenance tasks via the TELS system. Maintain complete documentation of all maintenance activities, including logs for fire alarms, generators, and equipment certifications, while ensuring state compliance. Lubricate equipment, adjust functional parts, and report serious failures to the Administrator. Prepare resident rooms for new or discharged residents and ensure adequate supplies are maintained for daily tasks.
