Job Summary
Conduct basic janitorial and maintenance duties including building repair, mopping, sweeping, and cleaning throughout the large storage facility. Walk the property daily, resolve customer issues professionally, and prioritize various projects while maintaining high productivity without direct supervision. Requires California driver's license with clean record, ability to travel, and weekend hours as needed. Required Qualifications
- Maintenance/Janitorial experience
- hands on experience performing a variety of plumbing and general building repairs
- ability to prioritize and plan various projects
