Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse for memory care on a weekend day shift (7am-3pm) in Arcadia Memory Care. Participate in admissions and transfers, visit each resident to communicate needs to staff, interact with residents, families, and physicians to ensure optimal care, observe and document changes in residents' mental or physical condition, and communicate with directors/physicians. Administer medications per procedures, participate in Quality Improvement activities and chart audits, work independently with proper direction, and use the LPN calendar and treatment log. Requires SC nursing license in good standing, supervisory ability, and BLS (or willing to obtain within 3 months). Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed by the state of South Carolina and in good standing with a current active license.
- Must have the ability and knowledge to act in a supervisory capacity.
- BLS certified OR willingness to get certified within 3 months of employment.
