Job Summary
Collaborate with the team to deliver quality nursing care to residents in a safe, at-home environment. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all patient interactions. This role requires a valid, un-encumbered state Nursing License and at least one year of LPN experience, with Assisted Living or Memory Care experience being a bonus. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check. The position offers a $27/hour rate plus shift differential for Wednesdays from 7pm to 7am.
Required Qualifications

- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
