Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to deliver quality nursing care to residents in a safe, at-home environment. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while maintaining precise, up-to-date documentation. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. This role requires a valid, un-encumbered state Nursing License and one or more years of LPN experience, with Assisted Living or Memory Care experience being a bonus. Shifts are Wednesday evenings from 7pm to 7am at The Ashford of Sturbridge, with a pay rate of $27/hour plus shift differential. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- Licensed as an LPN
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Collaborative spirit
- Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical (completed by our Nurse Practitioner) and background check
