Job Summary
Collaborate with the team to deliver quality nursing care to residents in a safe, at-home environment. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all patient interactions. This role requires a valid, un-encumbered state nursing license and one year of LPN experience, with assisted living or memory care experience being a bonus. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check. Shifts are Wednesdays from 7pm to 7am at The Ashford of Sturbridge, with a pay rate of $27/hour plus differential.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Must successfully pass a background check
