Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to provide quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans, and maintain precise documentation. Deliver exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners while ensuring safety and comfort in an at-home environment. This Wednesday evening shift (7pm-7am) offers a $27/hour rate plus shift differential for licensed nurses with a valid state license and at least one year of LPN experience.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Must successfully pass a background check
