Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to deliver quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments per personalized care plans, and provide exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation while supporting residents in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. This 7pm-7am Wednesday shift includes a $27/hour base rate plus shift differential. Candidates must hold a valid, un-encumbered state nursing license with at least one year of LPN experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a bonus. Successful applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
Required Qualifications

- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
