Job Summary
Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents at The Ashford of Sturbridge by collaborating as a team to provide quality care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all resident interactions. Work a Wednesday shift from 7pm to 7am at a rate of $27/hour plus shift differential. Candidates must possess a valid, un-encumbered state Nursing License and at least one year of LPN experience, with Assisted Living or Memory Care experience being a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Must successfully pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
