Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to deliver quality nursing care to residents in a safe, at-home environment. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while maintaining precise, up-to-date documentation. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. This role requires a valid, un-encumbered state nursing license and one or more years of LPN experience, with assisted living or memory care experience preferred. Shifts are Wednesdays from 7pm to 7am at The Ashford of Sturbridge, with a pay rate of $27/hour plus shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Must successfully pass a background check
