Job Summary
Supervise, train, and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance while setting high standards for account productivity and accuracy. Develop and maintain relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitate training for new and current staff. Ensure all personnel adhere to safety policies and procedures, manage department resources for maximum efficiency, and implement personal development plans. Establish a positive, team-oriented environment emphasizing pro-active communication and continual improvement. Provide specific orientation, skills training, evaluations, and coaching to support ongoing employee growth. Requires flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week, and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
