Job Summary
Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. Provides leadership and fosters a positive, team-oriented work environment. Facilitates training, ensures safety policy compliance, manages resources for maximum output, and conducts orientation and ongoing coaching for staff. Requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and prior management experience in a warehouse setting; flexible shifts up to five days per week; capable of lifting 70 lbs. This is a permanent part-time UPS role with equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Management experience - Preferred
