Job Summary
Prepare and cook menu items, including burgers, sandwiches, hand-cut fries, and craft sides, following recipes and specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times. Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation. Assist with daily prep tasks, such as chopping, prepping ingredients, and organizing the kitchen. Ensure proper rotation and storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely, efficient service during peak hours. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment that fosters growth and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook (1–2 years preferred)
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, especially with burgers, sandwiches, or comfort food
- Ability to work across multiple stations, including grill, fry, and prep
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to quickly and consistently execute dishes to meet quality standards
