PT Lead Therapist OP

Conduct daily physical therapy services under the supervision of a lead therapist, managing patient intake, treatment planning, and documentation. Perform manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to address musculoskeletal conditions and improve patient mobility. Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers a competitive salary range of $77,000 to $110,000 annually plus monthly incentive bonuses and a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.
