Job Summary
Conduct Manager on Duty operations by addressing immediate customer service issues, coaching Associates, and ensuring adherence to all operational procedures and store plans. Maintain accurate associate coverage in service areas, execute opening and closing procedures per company guidelines, and provide constructive feedback to the team. Prioritize tasks as needed while exercising discretion to satisfy customer service policies and promote safety awareness in the environment. Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier leadership roles based on store needs, including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must have open availability, including nights and weekends
