Job Summary
Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedures while ensuring store teams execute tasks according to the store plan. Address immediate customer service issues, provide appropriate coaching to Associates, and maintain accurate associate coverage in service areas. Ensure opening and closing procedures are executed per guidelines, promote credit and loyalty programs, and support shrink reduction goals. Act quickly under challenging circumstances, multi-task, and communicate effectively with management and Associates to set and address priorities. Maintain a safe environment, promote safety awareness, and ensure adherence to all labor laws and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores

- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
