Job Summary
Support sales initiatives, enhance team and customer engagement, and maintain visual and operational standards within our Woodfield Mall boutique. Create positive, lasting customer interactions while building brand loyalty and driving conversion rates, Units Per Transaction, and Average Order Value. Manage opening and closing responsibilities, including potential keyholder duties, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds to deliver an elevated experience. Deliver accurate product insights and handle client inquiries with empathy, focusing on retention and Net Promoter Scores.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in luxury retail
- Growing understanding of premium accessories
