Job Summary
Shaw University is seeking a part-time adjunct instructor for Business Management, responsible for teaching courses, engaging students, and aligning curriculum with learning outcomes. The instructor will create and manage learning environments, develop syllabi, and provide timely student feedback. A Master’s degree in Business Administration and relevant teaching experience are required, along with the ability to use instructional technology and a commitment to educational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration
- Relevant job-related work experience required
- Must possess the minimum credential standards of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS)
- Strong oral and written presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated success teaching at the college level
- Knowledge and experience in using instructional technology
- Candidates with teaching experience and expertise in an additional area also offered in the assigned department
