Job Summary
Evening and weekend on-site role serving as Assistant Facility Supervisor at the Madison Meadow Athletic Center. Oversees daily operations, supervises front desk staff, ensures staffing coverage, maintains facility cleanliness and safety, handles customer service, performs cash handling and POS tasks, maintains accurate logs and reports, coordinates maintenance and emergency needs, and supports hiring, training, and scheduling of part-time staff; requires strong customer service, leadership, and problem-solving abilities in a part-time, at-will position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience including cash handling
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting
- Reliable transportation
