Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, handle merchandise with care, and provide information and direction to assist in buying decisions. Identify and evaluate customer needs to make product recommendations for hunting and archery floor merchandise, promoting programs like CLUB membership and in-store pickup. Organize and maintain store displays, replenish shelves per guidelines, and assist with seasonal floor moves. Remain product experts through ongoing training and maintain accurate pricing and signing. Keep work areas clean, neat, and well-stocked while following all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer Service and Sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms)
- GCA
- Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more
- Must be able to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Must be able to work in noisy environments
- Must be able to work in tight and confined spaces
- Must be able to occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
