Job Summary
Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups on safety, production, attendance, and accuracy standards. Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements while managing department resources for maximum output and efficiency. Establish a positive, team-oriented environment through pro-active communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continual improvement. Implement personal development plans, provide orientation and skills training, conduct regular evaluations, and offer coaching to support ongoing professional growth. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), ability to lift 70 lbs, and availability for flexible shift hours up to five days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
