Job Summary
Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups on safety, production, and attendance standards. Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and OSHA requirements while managing department resources for maximum output and accuracy. Establish a positive, team-oriented environment through proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation. Implement personal development plans and provide detailed orientation, skills training, evaluations, and coaching to support continued professional growth. Maintain high standards for account productivity, customer service, and organization across all levels.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
