Job Summary
Supervises Package Handlers in a UPS warehouse, trains and develops workgroups, and maintains high standards for safety, productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and communication. Leads department resources, promotes a positive, team-oriented environment, implements personal development plans, ensures safety training and policy compliance, and provides proactive coaching to support ongoing development. Requires ability to lift 70 lbs, flexible shift availability, and strong communication skills; prior Microsoft Office knowledge and preferred management experience;Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Management experience - Preferred
