PT Hub Supervisor-2

This role supervises Package Handlers in a UPS warehouse, trains and develops workgroups, and enforces safety, production, and attendance standards. Responsible for ensuring OSHA-compliant operations, managing department resources for maximum output and accuracy, fostering a positive, collaborative team environment, and providing orientation, skills training, and proactive coaching to support ongoing development. The position requires leadership to maintain safety, productivity, and customer service across all levels, with emphasis on proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation. A Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent is preferred, with management experience also preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexible shift availability are noted as prerequisites. The role is located in Syracuse, NY, operating in a fast-paced warehouse environment with part-time hours.
