Job Summary
Front Desk Agent to join Fairfield by Marriott in Clearwater. Responsibilities include greeting guests, completing check-in/check-out in the Property Management System, handling cash and card payments, identifying guest needs and providing information about hotel services, responding to guest requests, and taking reservations with updates/cancellations in the system. Typical schedule: 3 shifts per week (3 PM–11 PM and/or 7 AM–3 PM), weekend availability required. Requirements include hotel front desk experience, HS diploma preferred, and strong computer skills (intranet, Property Management System, WORD, EXCEL); valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history. Required Qualifications
- Hotel Front desk experience is required
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Customer Service experience, in a hotel setting preferred
- Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred
- Must have valid drivers license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval
