Job Summary
PT Start of Care visits in Westlake Village/Los Angeles and Ventura County. SOC assessments to determine patient status, develop and update individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress with AI-assisted OASIS documentation to reduce charting time. Flexible scheduling with choose-your-own-hours coverage areas; per-visit pay range $130-$145 for SOC visits. Requires DPT from an accredited program and a current CA PT license; Home Health experience preferred but not required. Ability to provide high-quality patient care, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively; training and ongoing support provided.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Current and unrestricted CA PT license
