Job Summary
PT/Physical Therapist for Start of Care (SOC) visits in Los Angeles and Ventura County. Use AI-assisted OASIS to document care efficiently and focus on patient treatment. Responsibilities include assessing patient status, developing and updating treatment plans, maintaining accurate records, and delivering high-quality patient care with clinical reasoning. Flexible hours and local coverage areas; SOC visits only with pay per visit ($130-$145). DPT degree and CA license (or ability to apply) required. Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
- Current and unrestricted CA PT license; or ability to apply
