PT Start of Care (SOC) visits across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Utilize AI-driven OASIS technology to assess patient status, develop and modify treatment plans, and ensure high-quality patient care. Must hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) and a current CA PT license (or ability to apply).
