Job Summary
PTs deliver Start of Care (SOC) visits across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, conducting initial assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality patient care with AI-assisted OASIS documentation to shorten charting time. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, independent clinical decision-making, and strong support resources, with base pay determined by skillset, experience, and languages. Requires DPT and CA PT license eligibility; prior Home Health experience preferred. SOC visits and comprehensive patient assessments are performed in-person in Arcadia, CA, with AI-assisted documentation to streamline workflows and enhance patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
- Current and unrestricted California PT license; or ability to apply
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Home Health experience preferred; not required
