Job Summary
Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care. Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services while teaching families and health care teams. Deliver specialty programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement. Perform all services in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care under the direction of the Branch Director. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation for all driving duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance.
- Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
- Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.
