Job Summary
Observe resident conditions and communicate changes to the nurse. Provide personal care including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, feeding, and walking. Monitor vital signs, apply safety devices, and attend to toileting, skin care, and nutrition needs. Respond promptly to call lights and document all care as assigned. Participate in staff meetings and in-service presentations to further skills. Perform other duties within the scope of training as assigned by a team leader, including activities with residents. Meet standards for NA/R performance. This part-time role at Lyngblomsten's new Lino Lakes campus requires 30 hours weekly and offers a pay range of $17.50 to $21.64 hourly. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate responsibility and moral integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to understand and follow oral and/or written directions.
- Individuals must be at least 18 years of age.

- Demonstrates an ability and sincere desire to work with the geriatric resident by showing a sense of responsibility, moral integrity and common sense.
