Job Summary
Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions. Process cash and credit card transactions, balance receipts, and perform bucket checks. Complete check-out procedures, verify folio charges, and reserve or confirm reservations for individuals and groups. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns while providing room rate quotes. Work 30 or more hours per week in a fast-paced environment, starting at $18.50 per hour.
