Job Summary
The Front End Supervisor is responsible for delivering a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing staff, supervising the department in the absence of the Department Manager/Assistant, and driving customer loyalty through engaging service. Key duties include keeping the work area clean, adhering to pricing and labeling standards, analyzing sales data, ensuring compliance with SOP and OH&S, overseeing inventory procedures, leading department presentation, acting as the go-to person for the department, recruiting/training/coaching staff, scheduling, and supporting inventory calculations. Requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to cover shifts including evenings and weekends. Education: High School Diploma; Experience: minimum 12 months.
