Job Summary
Oversee front desk operations and serve as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy, and train new front desk team members. Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. Manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution and lobby readiness, and provide business center support. Requires customer service skills, hospitality or leadership experience (preferred), and the ability to operate hotel systems with confidence. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet. Strong communication, math, and teamwork abilities are essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting a welcoming, service-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Hospitality or leadership experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
