Job Summary
Help customers in a Michaels store with framing solutions, build relationships, complete framing orders accurately and on time, maintain a well-merchandised ready-made frame department, operate cash register, assist with Omni channel processes, and participate in truck unloading and stocking while upholding SOPs, safety, and company programs. Responsibilities include delivering friendly service, guiding customers to products, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting shrink/safety programs. Ideal for candidates with basic computer and measuring skills, retail experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting; physical tasks include bending, lifting, standing, and moving stock.
