Assist customers in selecting framing solutions, complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on-time delivery, operate framing equipment including glass cutter, maintain the frame shop and adjacent areas, process transactions at the cash register, follow SOPs and safety programs, support inventory and stocking, deliver friendly customer service, and contribute to a well-merchandised, in-stock store while engaging with Omni-channel processes. The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, willingness to work nights/weekends/early mornings, and ability to move throughout the store; prior retail framing or sales experience is preferred.
